ACCOUNT DELETION

Because we prioritize your privacy, deleting your account requires a few simple, manual steps.

t Enjoy Movie, our entire architecture is built on a foundation of user privacy and control. We use Google Sign-In purely for authentication. Crucially, your watchlist and entire viewing history are stored exclusively in files on your own Google Drive. This means we never have possession of your personal data on our servers.

This design choice ensures that only you have control over your data. However, it also means that we cannot delete your data from our end—you are the sole custodian of those files. To fully delete your account and data, you must perform the following two steps.

1. Remove App Access (Delete the Account)

The first step is to completely sever the connection between your Google account and Enjoy Movie. This prevents the app from logging in or accessing any files in the future.

  1. Navigate to your Google Account Security page.
  2. Find the section titled "Third-party apps with account access."
  3. Locate Enjoy Movie in the list.
  4. Click on it and select "Remove Access."

This action immediately removes our access privileges. **Your account with us is now effectively deleted.**

2. Delete Data Files (Erase Your History)

Your data files remain safely stored in your Google Drive. To erase your movie history permanently, you must manually delete the file(s).

  • Open your Google Drive.
  • Search for files titled or containing "EnjoyMovie Data" (or similar file names associated with our application).
  • Select and delete these files permanently (remember to empty your Trash/Bin).
