Welcome to Enjoy Movie! By accessing or using our mobile application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

Enjoy Movie is a personal media tracking application that allows users to:

  • Search for movies, TV series, and anime.
  • Organize titles into watchlists and custom collections.
  • View information and artwork related to media content.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time with or without notice.

3. User Accounts & Security

To use certain features of the App, you may be required to sign in using your Google Account.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Google Account credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
  • You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 App Content

The design, code, graphics, and interface of the App are the proprietary property of Enjoy Movie and are protected by intellectual property laws.

4.2 Movie & TV Data

This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB. All movie, TV show, and person data, including images and descriptions, are provided by The Movie Database (TMDB).

We do not claim ownership of any media content, metadata, or artwork displayed within the App. These are the property of their respective owners.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any illegal purpose.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
  • Use the App to harass, abuse, or harm others.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the servers or networks connected to the App.

6. Third-Party Services

The App may contain links to third-party websites or services (e.g., TMDB, Google) that are not owned or controlled by us. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Enjoy Movie shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the App or the data provided by third-party APIs.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
